Appendix A - Confusing terms
« on: June 02, 2006, 08:12:39 AM »
I find it very confusing that you use the same term for two different concepts, using only capitalisation of the first letter of the word to separate between them.
For a programmer it may be natural that "Event" is not equal to "event", but even for us it will confusing, for example if we were to discuss the concepts verbally.
And in writing, how would you interpret a sentence starting like this:
- Events can come from a lot of different.......

Does this sentence apply to an "event" or to an "Event"?

I therefore challenge you to come up with a better naming, maybe using distinguishing between "Event/event" and "business event/Business Event" ?

Just my 0.02 ...
